My place is on a narrow street in Chinatown, from which it is very easy to walk to Financial District, Civic Center, Soho, Lower East Side, as well as Tribeca. Various subway lines (B, D, J, Z, N, Q, R, F, 4, 5, 6) are a few blocks away and connect you to any part in Manhattan & Brooklyn in a matter a minutes. Chinatown is a truly vibrant neighborhood with some of the most popular restaurants & bars that will offer opportunities to entertain clients or to just have fun and relax with friends and family.
The apartment occupies the top floor of an entire building in Chinatown. It is a simple & calm retreat with a big ficus tree, which helps to create a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of the city. Apart from two small private bedrooms, it has an open layout with a lounge area as well as a large table to sit, eat & work. The wood floors were painted white to reflect the light and the open kitchen has an induction cook top, oven, fridge & freezer. The bathroom has natural light, a rain shower, a new Toto toilet, and a custom made corian vanity sink with Italian taps.
The room
For rent is one small bright room with a full-size bed, a bedside cabinet, a fold-down desk with integrated shelves, lamps, art, a small mirror cabinet & 3 wardrobes with mirror doors, located on the opposite side of the bedroom door.
