Lease takeover for room in Herald Towers with 2 o

I am looking for someone to take over my part of a lease for an apartment in Herald Towers (50 W 34th St), starting around November 1st, 2026. Rent will be $1692 a month and utilities (electricity + internet) is usually around $80. There are 2 other roommates (3 people total). The apartment has a flex wall, so this is one of the rooms created by that wall. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dish washer. We recently renewed for the year (lease ending October 2027), but I will have to move due to unforeseen circumstances.

Both roommates are males around 28 years old — one works in finance, the other in entertainment. The bedroom has its own AC/heater built in and can fit a full or queen size bed plus a desk.

Herald Towers is a beautiful luxury building with amazing amenities, including a gorgeous newly renovated 25th floor rooftop terrace, pool table, screening area, gaming area, private sun deck for tanning, private gym, laundry room, and doorman/front desk with a separate package room.
