Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for a 2b2b in west Chelsea. Apartment is spacious and has in unit washer dryer. Room is primary bedroom with large closet, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. There is also a large balcony off of the living room. Available for take over now and bedroom can come partially furnished. Landlord approval/screening required.

Roommate is late 20s professional, very considerate, easy going, and great to live with. Happy to arrange a call to discuss place as well.
