Looking for a young professional to take over my room starting August through May.

This has honestly been one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in because it doesn’t feel cramped like most NYC apartments. The common areas are huge, there’s plenty of room to work from home or relax, and everyone respects each other’s space.

Roommates

You’ll be living with four friendly young professionals working in consulting, finance, and other professional services. Everyone has their own schedule, keeps the apartment clean, and enjoys a relaxed, respectful environment. It’s social when people are around, but everyone also values privacy.

I think you can make the listing even stronger with a few small tweaks before posting:

* Make the bed neatly.
* Remove the jacket, backpack, laptop, and shopping bag from your room.
* Clear the desk so it looks like a workspace rather than a workday in progress.
* Take the room photo during the brightest part of the day with the curtains fully open.
* If possible, add one photo looking from your room toward the window, since natural light sells rooms.
* Lead with the living room photo as the cover image instead of the bedroom. The common space is what differentiates this apartment from most listings.
