Looking for 1 Roommate in a Beautiful Chelsea 3BR

Hi! I’m Jack - I work in communications at a museum in NYC and have been living in the city for several years. I’ve always lived with friends or roommates and value a comfortable, respectful, and easygoing home environment. My current roommate/friend recently accepted a job out of state, so I’m looking for someone to take their place on the lease.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m often out and about exploring the city — going to restaurants, museums, and events — but I also appreciate having a comfortable home base. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, and excited to live in a great apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.

The apartment is a beautiful 3-bedroom in the heart of Chelsea. One of the bedrooms is currently used as an office/storage space (I don’t work from home often), so the setup feels spacious and flexible.

Located on the second floor of a walk-up building, the apartment is in an unbeatable location near restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, laundry, and everything Chelsea has to offer.

The room is available starting August 1, with the current lease running through February 28, 2027. Ideally looking for someone who would want to join the lease and potentially renew together when it comes up.
