Hi,

I will be traveling from June 16-21 and then again from June 27- July 5th. Only looking for short term sublets in June only. No long term rentals.

Convenience: 6 blocks to Penn Station; 1 block away from subway stops (123 & ACE). Washer/dryer located same floor as unit

Luxurious: Doorman, elevator, high ceilings, and recently renovated apartment

Note: I am the current resident and landlord at the apartment. As a result, I am are generally flexible on things. Depending on circumstances, either a singular room or the entire apartment is available. Single room is a little over $120 a night while entire apartment is roughly $240 a night.
