Chelsea bedroom available in 3br/1ba

Hi! We are seeking a roommate to sign on a 1-yr lease, flexible start between mid April - 1 May.

You’ll be living with Jilly who has been in this apt for 5 years and loves it! The best part is its location. Roommate is moving out and in with her boyfriend, but she loved it too!

Super close to 123, L, and ACE trains. Trader Joe’s, Target, and Whole Foods are quick walks away. And, it’s close to the West Village, Meatpacking, the West Side Highway, and Flatiron.

Our apartment is on the 5th floor and is a walk up. We get fantastic natural light! The available room has a big north-facing window and a large closet. It is already furnished with a queen bed, shelves and desk comfortably, along with built in storage.

Our common areas are spacious, especially our kitchen which has great counter space, storage, and a dish washer. We share the bathroom, which also has natural light, and a shower/bath.

No laundry in the building, but there’s a wash n’ fold literally next door and a coin laundromat just around the corner.

We’re friendly and social (always down for a movie night), but also give each other space to recharge alone. We like to keep the common areas clean and divide those duties evenly.

Total rent is $6400, which we split evenly three ways. Internet + Energy bill is usually $60ish per month. We split costs for cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

New roommate must meet the usual NYC 50x rent / good credit score or guarantor criteria. Preference for a woman between 27-34 ish.
