About the Apartment Environment

This is a calm, respectful, independent household.
Deniz (27) and I are friendly but mostly keep to ourselves. It’s relaxed, drama-free, and definitely not a party apartment.

Cleanliness is important here. I do a full clean of the apartment 1–2 times a week and keep everything in great shape. I’m not looking for someone to clean - I just need someone who naturally puts their things away after using them and doesn’t leave messes in shared spaces. The apartment runs smoothly because common areas stay tidy.

If you value a peaceful, organized home, this will feel great.

Hey, I’m Kyle (31). I work as a motion graphics creative director and am currently building my own company or studyiny generative AI, so I stay pretty busy. When I’m not home, I’m usually traveling or spending time at my boyfriend’s place - so the apartment stays pretty calm and low-traffic.

I’m welcoming, active, and genuinely care about creating a comfortable home environment. I also really appreciate a clean space (yes, my Dyson gets regular use 😆).
