The apartment:
Sunny 1000sf Chelsea 2-bedroom in a classic townhouse. High ceilings (10 feet), working fireplace, and wide plank oak floors throughout.
The living room feels loft-like with three large south-facing windows overlooking a garden. Kitchen has butcher block counters, dishwasher, and a pass-through window to the living room.

You'll be sharing with:
Me - I work from home during the day.
I'm super social but l like my own space to recharge
Two cats - they're independent and do their own thing.

Your room:
Clean, simple bedroom, has an electric standing desk.

We'll share the bathroom - it's vintage (original to the building, it's clean but looks old).
