*My home is a safe sanctuary. It is a large one bedroom with air conditioning, electric, water and garbage, wifi (no cable) included in the rent as well as housekeeping twice a month and windows washed once a month.

Will customize your living area in the living room that has a large window facing the courtyard, upon meeting to make it a win-win situation for both of us. Hardwood floors and area rug. Shared Galley kitchen, office area, large bathroom with large tub and separate shower.

*Ideally, I am looking for someone who stays in the city 3-4 nights during the week or for long weekends or for 2 weeks out of the month. These are desirable factors.

*Move in date: April 1st The lease will be for a minimum of 1 year possibly longer. Also depending on your needs you may move in during the last week of March for an extra fee...however, the agreement is the first of every month.

*Payment: $1050.00 due at booking to secure the space is 1st month rent and 1 month security deposit $1050.00. Rent must be paid and cleared in time by the 1st of the month or deposited into an account by the 29th of each month to be available by the 1st. A security deposit is required and refundable at remittance of the keys and the building key card, providing there there is no major damage.

*Needed: personal references, proof of employment, I. D. or passport (copies)or green card. Written agreement to be negotiated between us. The management will do a background check on you for a fee of $25.00 which you are responsible for.

*About You: (Please do not respond if you do not meet these qualifications, as I will not respond.

*I am looking for a mature individual 45- 65, non smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties. Someone who is mindful and respectful of my home and myself.

*The ideal roommate will need the room either midweek or for long weekends. There is also the option that you can stay 2 weeks out of the month. No guests or visitors unless discussed prior with me. I also have a quirk - please remove shoes when entering the apartment as there is a lot of doggie messes etc on the street so you might want to have a pair of slippers if you prefer not to walk barefoot. Other than the front door, there are no locked doors in the apartment. It will is shared like communal living. Since the apartment is furnished it would be ideal if you don’t have much furniture. Also you must be able to use air conditioning when the weather calls for it (hot & humid). Generally at 72-75 degrees. If you cannot comply with these requests, please do not respond.
