Large extra room for sublet in Chelsea for Female

I am looking for someone to move ideally in dec 1/Sign contract with me before of course! There is possibility from January move in b

Subletting only December or longer.
I have lived here for 6 years And looking for someone who fits clean, calm and relaxing house.

Its townhouse type, walk up at second floor 3bdr/1 bathroom apt which means there is another person who is really nice roommate from Michigan.
3 people will be in total.
Apartment has dishwasher but laundry is a block away.

My priority is someone who is mature and super clean, responsible and respecting sharing place while renting the room.

Room comes furnished with twin size bed, built in storage with mirrors, a desk and extra dresser.

Since its sublet All the sharing spaces are already furnished and I am not expecting anything to be added but the room which i rent.

First month rent and deposit required upon signing the contract with me to be safe.
Rent is 1950$ plus utilities.
