Hey girlies! A subleaser had an unfortunate situation with her job and is looking to move out 12/1. That being said, we have a cute, clean, fully furnished room available December 1st in the most highly sought after area in Manhattan with 2 fun gals at $2300/month. Wifi, gas, electric, & household supplies (tp, paper towels, clorox wipes, etc) are usually around $100 each per month. Heat & water are included. It's a perfect safe space for a gal looking to live in the #1 location in the city!
My roomie and I are looking for someone to sublease 1 of the rooms in our super cozy 3 bedroom Chelsea apartment for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year (potential to extend for the right fit
). It is a full-sized bedroom with a memory foam bed that less than 2 years old, closet with wardrobe organizer, side table, and mirror. The apartment is beautifully furnished and we have hosted some fabulous dinners in our home. Our home is on 18th and 8th, which is absolutely the best location in Manhattan. We are a 3 min walk from the Chelsea Market and steps to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, etc. in Chelsea, Meatpacking, and West Village. It is the perfect safe space for a gal needing a great place without the hassle of a broker's fee, applications, roommate finding, etc. My roommate and l are super nice girls who love to walk around all of Manhattan, eat at all the restaurants, and also hang out at home. We are basically NY's best tour guides and we love making friends
