All packages are recorded in building system for pickup.
All visitors and deliveries are announced 24/7.

*Kitchen has a window but not much space!
* Bedroom has good size closet and abundant drawer space.

Great adjacent neighborhoods (Greenwich Village, Flat Iron, Meatpacking District)for eating, shopping, entertainment, gyms - Paragon Sporting Goods, Sephora, Target, Ulta all very close.
Plus Union Square Greenmarket 3-4 days a week.

Only a short walk to Meatpacking District with many eateries, Apple and Google stores, plus Hudson River Park, Little Island, the High Line and Whitney and DIA Museums.
