Room available with private bath, currently has a desk and twin-size pull-out bed. Can easily fit a desk and queen-size bed. I will likely take the desk. TV and artwork will remain. Private bathroom and ample closet space. Large living room and substantial private outdoor space. Flexible on length of stay. Room is roughly 10 x 10 with high ceilings and large windows.

I have my own private bathroom in my bedroom, so there is clear separation of space.

I’m a working professional with a structured routine and a stable household. The apartment has a calm, respectful atmosphere, and I value cleanliness and consideration in shared spaces.

My young son stays with me periodically on a set schedule. He’s a really great kid, easygoing, and respectful. During those times the home remains quiet and orderly. When he’s not here, reasonable social use of the space is fine, just not a heavy party dynamic.
