Cozy bedroom available February 1st! My roommate is moving out and I am looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Chelsea! The apartment is in a doorman and elevator building with package service and laundry in the basement. There are also pick-up/drop-off laundry services available from the building. Rent is $1875/month and includes internet. Utilities are around $50-$60/month depending on usage. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

The location is amazing! The 123, L, and ACE trains are within one block and the FM is two blocks away. 10-15 minutes to both Penn Station and Grand Central! We are also 5 minutes walking to the West Village. I have loved living here the past 4 years and hope to continue to do so!

Hi! My name is Amanda! I work in a school so I am out of the apartment all day every day. I’m looking for someone around my age who also works full time (in person or virtual doesn’t matter) and keeps common spaces clean! I am social and am good with being friends or just friendly roommates! I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to Broadway shows, trivia, and concerts! Also love the occasional happy hour!
