Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in a beautiful South Chelsea street and neighborhood. The apartment has a large living room, open kitchen with kitchen island and also features an in-unit washing machine, in-unit dryer and lots of storage space. Living room, kitchen and rooftop are already fully furnished. The bedroom is in principle unfurnished, but having it furnished is negotiable as well.

The apartment has a spectacular rooftop that is only shared with one other 4-person apartment, and is therefore used regularly even during current times.

Other roommates are two guys aged 27 (1 American and 1 Italian), both working in Finance and Corporate Jobs. We spend time at work throughout the week but like to do fun stuff together over the weekend. Ideally looking for someone who is put together, sociable and also likes to keep the apartment in a relatively clean state.
