The room has a 10’ ceiling and has a full-sized loft bed with plenty of storage space below. It is in the front of the apartment and has a north-facing window providing a good amount of light.

Looking for someone who will co-habitate well. Not a party apartment, and not for having friends over all the time. Respecting the space and other roommates is key.

Smokers okay, but no smoking in apartment.

Rent is due 1st of the month. The additional costs split 3 ways are: monthly utilities ($30-$70 each depending on Summer A/C usage); and monthly WiFi ($25 each).

A security deposit of $1100 is required. Looking for a minimum 3 month sublease. Month to month possible for the right candidate.
