21 str Studio4 include WiFi Netflix near lot metro

TV with Roku and Netflix account provided

Rent is including upto free high speed WiFi, heat and water . Electric $50 per person per month. We have also studio upstair larger for $1550 and $1700 Available now and smaller one for $1250( available May 2021)

This furnished studio is located on 21 street betw 7 and 8 avenue and laundry is in our next building that own by same landlord ( we give tenant keys to go there for laundry and it cost $1.75 per Load to wash or dry )

There are all kind of subway. Like A and C on 8 avenue and 1 at 7 avenue within 3 minutes walk and F, M on 6 avenue near the major shopping area ( trader joe cheap supermarket also at 21 and 6 one avneue from the apt so buying food is not expensive )

The apt has microwave toaster , coffee maker , 2 electric cooktop that cooks fast and safe , a hand sink and sink cabinet / mirror cabinet , there are pots and pans on the wall shelves above the 7 ft kitchen countertop , a 33 inches tall whirlpool fridge below the counter!
A desk and a bed near window , and a sofa next to closet !

Please note that this is setup like a dormitory so bathroom is right outside the apt 4 and it is shared with 3 other students!

The maid go there on weekend to clean the bathroom and the super cleaning the building Monday to Friday !
