The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment which offers privacy. The available room can be furnished with a full size bed and desk or unfurnished. It's about 9' x 12' and is located at the back of the building with two windows and an AC when needed. The dining area, living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is laundry in the basement. 8th and 9th Avenues are around the corner with retail, bars and eats.
Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are 4 blocks away. The High Line is 2 blocks away, the Chelsea Piers are 4 blocks and the 1 C E Trains are 2 blocks away. The F and L are 6 blocks.
