I'm looking to rent my 2nd, private bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in the Chelsea Historic District area on a part-time or full-time basis. If you reach out, be sure to indicate which part-time or full-time option you would like and for how many months.

I prefer someone seeking part-time, who stays 5 or less days per week, for work with a permanent residence elsewhere for example.

No couples, smokers or pets please. Laid back, professional guy here. My place is a quiet vibe. I keep the party outside of home. I rarely have friends over, rarely use the living room and hardly cook, mostly heat things up. Looking for someone similar, who doesn't have people over or cook much.

The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, offering some privacy. The available bedroom is 9 feet x 11.5 feet, located at the back of the building with two windows. The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed and air conditioner. A desk, lamp and additional, small furnishing may be included.

There is laundry in the basement. 8th and 9th Avenues are around the corner with retail, bars and eats.

Close to the 1 C E trains, High Line, Chelsea Piers, Target, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
