BUILDING/NEIGHBORHOOD:

I love this building for its convenience and amenities. It is right in front of the MSG, 24 hrs. main post office, Penn Station, and the next to blue subway line.

The dry cleaning service is also super convenient if you are like me and need work clothes dry cleaned on a regular basis.

The doormen/building management are incredibly friendly and so quick to help out with any service requests that we put on our convenient online building service portal.

Our building also has free yoga classes and other weekly events like wine testing, game nights, sport nights with free alcohol and food.

LOGISTICS:

I'm looking for someone on a short term basis from Dec. 1st. No credit report check or proof of income needed, just a reference from a previous landlord.
