Looking for a friendly, considerate, clean roommate to join our 3-bedroom apartment just steps from Central Park! The room is available November 1, 2026, with a commitment through April 30, 2027, and the possibility of renewal.

* Close to grocery stores, shopping, and plenty of neighborhood spots

🛏️ The Room
A small, cozy, and functional bedroom that can accommodate a twin bed. A full-sized closet is located just outside the room in the hallway.

Photos show the room with past tenants furniture, but furniture isn’t automatically included. The current occupant is open to selling some/all of their furniture, however!

👋 Your Roommates
You’ll be living with me, Rayna (32), who works in digital marketing and for a music venue, and Koda, a flight attendant. We’re easygoing, respectful, and appreciate having our own routines while being friendly at home.

We also have Lucy, my sweet 14-year-old tabby cat, so you must be comfortable living with cats! 🐈

💰 Rent & Utilities
* Rent: $1,165/month
* Average utilities: approximately $75/month per person, split between roommates; varies by usage
* Gas, heat, and water included
* Move-in cost: first month’s rent plus a $1,165 security deposit ($2,330 total)

✨ Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, someone in their mid-20s or older who is friendly, considerate, and looking for a stable living situation. We’re looking for someone who naturally contributes to maintaining a comfortable, tidy home and we’re especially hoping to find a woman or LGBTQ+ roommate who would feel at home in our household!
