Spacious pre war bldg Central Park West

Hello, I am Christopher with my fiancé Milena. Although we travel frequently, this is our home, and we return regularly. Sometimes this is on short notice. We remain fully reachable. When we’re away, Milena’s brother, Rafael, helps oversee the apartment and is available as the first point of contact. Our goal is to offer a welcoming, well maintained home with reliable support whenever needed. Tidiness and respect of the space is a must.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are the common spaces. In this 3 bedroom/ 3 bath on Central Park West, we have a bedroom available with a closet and its own small bathroom. We have a new roommate in the smaller room who will help conduct a small interview for a potential subtenant. We are open to having someone for up to 3 months with the opportunity to renew with us if we see fit.
