I'm moving to support some family here in the city and I'm looking for someone to take my room. They're fixing the floor right now before the next tenant moves in (hence the green subfloor).

The unit is on the 2nd floor, it's a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. The group of girls on the top floor let us use the rooftop whenever we want so, as long as you're considerate, we have rooftop access.
