I’m subletting a private room in a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment due to a work relocation.

• Full kitchen
• In-unit laundry
• Spacious shared living area
• 2 blocks from the West Side Highway (great for running, biking, and waterfront access)
• Easy access to Central Park
• Closest subway: 59th St (multiple lines for easy commuting)

👥 Roommates:
• One working professional (real estate agent)
• One student (currently out of the country for most of the sublet period)

You’ll primarily be sharing the space with just one other person for most of your stay.

I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, and easy to live with. We can schedule a tour and a quick intro with one roommate to make sure it’s a good fit.

📦 Flexible move-in: If you move in after June 25, I’ll cover the unused days.
