Across the street from whole foods, home goods, target, Burlington, tj Maxx, 24th police precinct, bare burger, chic file, trader joes 2 block down, M7 right in front of the building, 1,2,3,9 B & C trains one block up #trains 2 blocks down.

Jacobs Pickle two blocks ls down as it just opened. Amazing!

Many great sport bars, cuisine, with central park one block up and riverside 2 blocks down.

Id say, the best neighbor in NY. My opinion
