-This apartment is less than a minute's walking distance from the 2 and 3 trains. It is 6 minutes walking distance from the A, B and C trains. The express train will take you to 42nd (Times Square) in 12 minutes.

-The living room, kitchen and bathroom come with brand new furniture including a smart washer/dryer combo, 75" smart TV with stand, sofa, ottoman, full dining table, and Dyson vacuum cleaner.

-The kitchen has everything you need from a brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and other kitchen accessories.

-There is free street parking where the apartment is located. No permit is required.

The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. There is a grocery, and liquor store along with other convenience stores right next to the apartment. Gym is available at 116th and 125th Street (Puregym & Planet Fitness)

-The rent is $1,390 per month plus utilities (electric, stove gas, internet). Utilities on average is $60 per month. The room is for one occupant only. No smoker of any kind. Must be clean and respectful to other roommate.

You will only have one roommate in the apartment most of the time as I infrequently stop by the city for work-related matters.

-I prefer long-term renters (1+ year renter).

-Partial first month, last month and a security deposit of $1,200 are required to move in.
