Seeking one F. roommate for an available room in this spacious and naturally well-lit apartment with a balcony and Central Park view. We will be re-signing a 12-month lease soon.

About the Apartment:
Situated on the northeast corner of Central Park (E 110th & 5th Ave), one of the best views of the city and nature light out your window. Apartment & balcony are fully furnished. The apartment has 3 beds/ 1.5 baths. Plenty of closet space in the room and extra in the shared hall closet. Hardwood floors throughout, giant windows, and kitchen equipped with gas range, dishwasher, and pantry.
7-minute walk from the 6 train, 4-minute walk to the 2/3 train, and the M bus line right out front.
Laundry facilities and Amazon hub on the first floor of the building. There are three elevators and 24/7 security people. The building also has a gym/fitness center and a work/study lounge with private and coworking space! More info on living perks upon request!

The Room:
Bedroom has large, South facing window. Bedroom is able to accommodate a queen-sized bed and dresser, has a decent sized closet (along with some shared space in the large linen closet in shared space).

About the Roommates:
(1 M-identifying / 1 F-identifying)
One roommate is an engineer, and the other is an artist and elementary school teacher. Both roommates are clean, quiet & considerate, and work full time.

We’re both very chill and are pretty busy people. We keep a clean and quiet house and try to be as respectful of each other’s space as possible. We’re low key, easy going, and friendly.

The ideal roommate: Keeps normal hours; doesn’t bring the party home; is friendly but enjoys their space; is quiet and tidy; doesn’t smoke.
