Small room available for immediate rental

We have a large apartment and a good vibe going here - looking to fill one more space that just became available. I know it can sound like a full house, but two people are flight attendants and rarely home. The room is smaller (7x9) with a window and large closet. A queen size bed and a large dresser fit well. (A loft bed for more floor room would work as well.) You would share a bathroom with 1 male and 1 female. We have a separate kitchen and living room space that we share. It’s more spacious than it sounds so definitely come check it out! Laundry in building. Walk up but on second floor. Close to the 2/3 trains and a short walk to B/C as well. Located right above Central Park. Small dog does live here, super friendly. WiFi comes to an additional $18/month and electricity is split 5 ways (last month it was $36/person). We do apartment activities together occasionally but also sneak off to our own rooms for solo time. Girl, 25. Girl, 25. Boy, 27. Girl with dog, 41. Dog, 8. (Haha)
