Apartment is located feet away from the B and C trains (to go from uptown to downtown) and stops for the Select Bus Services M1, M2, M3, M4, M10, and M116 (to go from west of central park to east of central park).

Building is one block away from central park and is two blocks away from Morningside Park. 12 minute walk away from Columbia University Morningside Campus (area is covered by the Columbia University free evening shuttle). There is a safe package room and the area is in a vibrant neighborhood with multiple grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, bars, bodegas, delis, nail salons, and fitness centres. The streets are well lit at night.

Utilities and WiFi are shared between all four tenants. Utilities range from $35-$55 per person depending on the weather and AC usage. WiFi costs $17.5 per person.
