I’m going to be out of the city from December 1st to January 17th so I’m subletting my room in a 3bedroom/1.5bathroom apartment.

It’s in the corner of 5th Ave and 110th, exactly on the corner of Central Park, easy access to everywhere in the city thanks to close subway lines and buss stops.

I have two roommates who are the most easygoing people in the city. The room is spacious, a queen bed, desk, TV, and a great view.

Rent is 1600 1 month (all included) or 2400 for the whole period of December and half of January (also all included of course).
