Great residential neighborhood with many restaurants and cultural institutions a 5 minute walk away. Grocery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, gym, Starbucks all within a 5-8 minute walk. Super convenient, safe, upscale, highly-desired area, 5 minute subway ride to Rockefeller Center, 15 minutes to Financial District. Bus and subway 1 block away taking you anywhere in the city. Monthly cost includes high-speed wifi, electric, cable TV, HBO.

Quiet, mature female, tidy, organized and clean. Not an apartment share just a private room (the title reverts to apartment share). We would share a nice-sized bathroom. Kitchen for light occasional usage (if you love to cook, this would not be your place). Room has good light from 2 large windows. and overlooks a quiet street with birds chirping with a small park view. Very good air conditioning in the summer and good heat in the winter. Washer/dryer in the building. Visitors/overnight guests will not work, this is for 1 person only, sorry! I don't have any animals but sometimes a cat may stay here, please don't be allergic.
