I am male professional working 8am - 5pm (usually home between 5:30pm and 6pm. None smoker, quite (no loud music, etc.). personal hygiene and tidy, organize, mutual respect - important. Remove shoes before entry into the apartment.
There are 2 rooms to choose from: One small $1,500 or Large $1,850 - utilities - electric, internet, A/C's and access to balcony included. It will be just myself and the new roommate.
5 minutes walk to 2, 3, and 6 trains. 15 to minutes to Times Square. High rise elevator, 24/7 security, laundry, gym and lounge. Bathroom (only 1 and is shared). Central Park across the street.
