Room for rent - Near Mt. Sinai Hospital

I am looking for someone, preferably a girl, to occupy the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. Private, double sized room is fully furnished with full bed, desk, dresser, 55" TV, West Elm sofa, etc. and has a large private bathroom and large closet. Shared space includes a very large living/dining area, kitchen with eat in breakfast area, and powder room. All utilities are included, including internet, cable tv, and monthly cleaning of all spaces. I have two small dogs and also dog sit one other small dog periodically. An additional small dog under 10lbs would be considered, as long as they get along with existing pets.

I am an interior designer, and I currently work from home 2 days a week. I am a fairly chill person who likes to spend my time relaxing at home, doing a jigsaw or a diamond painting while reading or watching tv. Love movies too and currently host a horror movie night once a month with my two best friends. I'm generally neat and tidy and am looking for someone similar. I am an early riser who goes to sleep fairly early as well. Would love to make friends with someone new as well.

Located on the first floor of a full-time doorman building with laundry and a gym in the basement. Across the street from Central Park and one block away from Mt. Sinai Hospital, so would be great for someone who works there.
