Furnished Sublet - The Best Deal - Central Park!!

Hi there! Room avail in a 3 bed 1.5 bath. My name is Saffeya, I'm subletting my room from April 1 to August 15th. This apartment is my gem and really hard to let go some incredible roommates and morning runs at Central Park. The next person that stays in the apartment has to be equally a great person to live with. That means no drama, clean, considerate, pay on time in full. Furniture can be included (bed, desk) $350 if you need it. If not I can take it with me. I actually prefer a minimum 2 month stay per person but if 1 month I can accommodate. If 1 month, I need 1.5 month non refundable deposit plus month rent. A little about my roommates Kyle is a social work major at LIU. Amanda is an Art Teacher. She shares the room with her boyfriend. $1300 includes all utilities. WiFi $13 monthly. I'll have the password for you upon arrival. Everyone has flex schedules so you'll never have to worry about waiting for the bathroom. We have space in the common area closet to put large items if you need, plus your room closet. 24/7 doorman in the lobby. Grocery, gym nearby.
