Hello everyone,
My fiancé and I have a huge fully furnished guest suite available in our loft on a month to month basis.
It’s perfect for someone who is relocating to nyc and wants to be in a fabulous location and near all the cool things to do and places to go.

1 month minimum 3 months max and we can take it from there if everything works out.

Must do a credit and background check via our landlord.

This is for one person only.

We are both creatives and super mindful people.

I am an Editor in Chief of a Fashion and art publication and my fiancé is a painter.

Our loft is 2000 square feet

With a very large open kitchen ,dining room and a
Shared bathroom and a full size washer and dryer inside the loft.

My fiancés studio is not a shared space. He works during the day and paints in the evenings.

The bedroom is huge with a gorgeous closet and plenty of hanging space.

I would compare it to a studio apartment in nyc this is for one person only.

We are an LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly household

I think this space is best suited for a professional male who is gainfully employed who is looking for the perfect start in NYC.

We are steps away from Nolita, soho and little Italy and around the corner from the B train. Everything is walkable in our neighborhood.

We are super chill people and looking for someone who is very clean, mindful and fully vaccinated and boosted.

This is a perfect place for someone who wants an authentic New York space who is also responsible and respectful.

Also a person who enjoys creative people.

Rent is 2850.00 plus utilities.
