The landlord lives in Ireland and practices law there, super chill maybe have seen him twice in 2+ years. The building is managed by an amazing woman and her son who own the top floor. Prices haven?t increased in 3+ years.

This is unit has a family feel to it for working professionals. The two roommates, property manager and land lord will have to approve of your application. I believe I payed first month and just a deposit when I moved in.
