Location is on 5th street between 2nd and 3rd avenue. Noho/East Village-ish. It's a really nice building. Has bike storage! Nothing has ever broken in the entire year I've lived here. Also, full size dishwasher. Yay.
There is no longer a window AC unit, they have installed a wall unit underneath the window (behind my couch so you don't see it!). It's also dead quiet.
Pets ok with pet deposit.
-The approval process is pretty standard. Credit check, proof of employment and that you make 40x the rent. Security deposit and 1st month rent. There is a credit check fee.
