Oct 1 Opening

I am sadly leaving NYC after almost 7 years and am looking to fill my room when my lease renews October 1. I absolutely adore this apartment and would live here forever if CA wasn’t calling me back home. Apartment is 2 bed 1 flex and 2 bathrooms. This opening would be for one of the true rooms. It’s extremely spacious and has stunning views of the Hudson River. Tons of closet space throughout the apartment.

I’ve lived with the 2 girls you’d be living with for about 3 years now and they’re very easy going and lowkey. None of us bring the party home and we are respectful of each other so we are looking for someone similar to fill my room.

Rent when the lease renews will be about $2360. WiFi/TV is about $80 each a month. Water is included and power varies depending on what season we’re in.

Ideally we will meet you on a virtual call before having anyone come to the apartment so we can make sure things align. Serious inquiries only please as I need to fill this quickly and want to make sure I get a lovely person to take over my portion of the lease :)
