Comfortable roomy apartment in a great downtown location.
2 rooms: Bedroom, 9'x 12'; a room adjacent to the bedroom, 9'x 12'; and with a large closet.
The bedroom has a large south facing window looking onto the fully planted roof deck which conveniently is on the same floor. The roof deck is furnished with chairs, lounge chairs, tables, and BBQ stations. An on-site gym is included in the rent, I use it five days a week.

The apartment has is a fully equipped separate kitchen and a good sized dinning room.

Short walking distance to two Whole Foods, Eataly, Brookfield, nearly all subway lines, and the Hudson River Park and bike path (which provides easy transportation to the entire west side of Manhattan).

I am a work-from-home watercolor artist. I am quiet and neat, and not opposed to you working from home as well. Entertaining friends is welcome.
