The roof deck is furnished with chairs, lounge chairs, tables, and brand new grills. A state-of-the-art gym with a wall of windows looking out on the Hudson River is included in the rent, I use it five days a week. Many work and hang out spaces located on the property as well.

Short walking distance to two Whole Foods, Eataly, Brookfield Place, nearly all subway lines, direct access to the Hudson River Park esplanade and bike path (which provides easy transportation to the entire west side of Manhattan). Located across the West side highway from Tribeca and FIDI.
