Existing roommate is leaving, and I'm looking for a new roommate to make of this medium room size with shared bathroom his/her new home. Excellent location with incredible views of the Hudson River and city buildings.
Location is Gateway Apartments, next to Brookfield Place and World Trade Center. Walk distance to basically almost all subway lines.
