The studio is beautiful and located in the wonderful Battery Park City neighborhood near the Hudson River, Brookfield Place, WTC memorial, Pier 26 and Oculus shopping center among many other nice restaurants, cafe's and shops.

There is a gym, lounge and laundry rooms available in the building. The building staff and doormen are all very nice and the atmosphere in the building is very good.

What Makes this Room Special (Direct Sunlight):

This room gets tons of direct sunlight, which in my opinion is super important and a game changer right now during the remote work-from-home situation. Direct sunlight means you can use the apartment as an effective office, feel healthy and productive and essentially function effectively for as long as needed. Right now you will find many low priced apartments in the market, but if you look closely, nearly all of them DO NOT get direct sunlight. The direct sunlight this apartment gets is a huge advantage and should not be overlooked. Also means you can have nice plants as well, as seen in the photos.

Reason for Vacant Room:

I am beginning a language program in a different city and therefore am subletting my NYC apartment. I have been living in the building for 3 year now and absolutely love the building and location.

There are no requirements on profile, however, I would mention that the building is very close to RBC, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Conde Nast and Pace University so the apartment could be ideal for someone who wants to be close to these companies for work or school.
