$2,470-Luxury Studio Available in Doorman Bldg.
I have a luxury studio apartment available in Battery Park City for a 4.5 month lease from December 17th 2018 - April 30th, 2019.
The studio is beautiful and located in the wonderful Battery Park City neighborhood near the Hudson River, Brookfield Place, WTC memorial, Pier 26 and Oculus shopping center among many other nice restaurants, cafe's and shops.
There is a gym, lounge and laundry rooms available in the building. The building staff and doormen are all very nice and the atmosphere in the building is very good.

December 17th, 2018 - April 30th, 2019 (4.5 month lease)
There is an option to renew the lease after 4.5 months.
Reason for Vacant Room:
I am taking a new job in midtown and therefore am choosing to relocate closer to work. I have been living in the building for 1 year now and absolutely love the building and location.
The building management requires that the new tenant have income of 40x rent and strong credit. So approximately $107,800 annual income to qualify.
A $2,695 security deposit is also required.
There are no requirements on profile, however, I would mention that the building is very close to RBC, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Condé Nast and Pace University so the apartment could be ideal for someone who wants to be close to these companies for work or school.
