Charming newly renovated apartment

Hey! I'm a student heading out of the city for a year to film a movie, so my room is opening up. We're the first tenants ever to live in this fully renovated building, and the place is beautiful, with exposed brick, wood floors, and two bathrooms. We're on the second floor, so stairs are no big deal.

The block is the best part. Right across the street is Pop’s Pizza, where Uncle Marty is often outside with the best New York slice. Next door is not only a liquor store, but the most beautiful cannabis store. Nearby is the iconic Mona's, which has live music if you want a night out. If you'd rather have quiet, you'll find it at home.

The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and the available bedroom.

Your roommates are either at work or school most of the time, so the place is quiet and you'll have plenty of space. We keep things tidy, maybe slightly messy on a busy week, but never dirty. We are very lucky
