I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I am in Italy from February to May. If needed the room can be available as early as December 22nd.

I have two roommates who are both NYU students. We have a shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom.

The available room has fire escape access and great natural light. The apartment is just below Tompkins Square Park. It is a 10-minute walk from both the F and L trains and is within walking distance of NYU's campus.

This is the perfect room for a student looking for Spring Semester accommodations or anyone wanting to experience living in the heart of the East Village
