Furnished East Village 3bd; 2ba, 2-floor, rooftop

Hi I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in the East Village from end of September through at least the end of December (possibility to extend). It's an awesome space with 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 stories and a huge rooftop patio. It's furnished but a bit lacking in the way of decor which I hope to improve (open to suggestions!). Best part of East Village, minutes walk from subways and bus lines.

$2,400 per month with discount if able to start on or before October 1. I'll definitely be gone through end of the year but may be gone later so there's some flexibility there.

I live with 2 awesome roommates and 1 cat.
