Furnished room for rent in the East Village

I'm looking for someone to take over my half of a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Alphabet City. Located one block from Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the L train. One stop from Williamsburg and two stops from Union Square.

You'll be sharing with one roommate (female, professional, 22) and the third bedroom is currently empty. The other roommate is interested in renting out the additional room, which would mean lower rent for all parties in future months.

The apartment is a 4th floor walk-up in a quiet building, has one bathroom, laundry in unit, and north-facing windows in each room for natural light. The available room has a closet and window AC unit and is furnished with a full-size bed, large dresser, desk (automatic standing/sitting), desk chair, side table, lamp and mirror.

I'm looking for someone to move in anytime in January and stay for the remainder of the lease at minimum, which is up July 31, 2026, with the option to renew at that time. The ideal candidate is responsible, considerate and tidy.

Utilities range anywhere from $75 to $150 a month, depending on the season (the highest being in the summer ac season).
