Hi I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in the East Village from November 17 to at least February 28. It's an awesome space with 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 stories and a huge patio. It's furnished but is lacking a bit in the way of decor which I hope to improve in the next couple weeks before I leave (open to suggestions!).

$2,300 per month with discount if able to start on November 17. I'll definitely be gone until February 28th but may be gone later so there's some flexibility there.

I live with 2 awesome roommates and 1 cat.
