Looking for a female roommate in mid-20s to replace my roommate moving out and join my lease renewal for 12 months starting 6/1. Looking for someone who is clean, picks up after themselves, and has a similar schedule - I work in consulting, primarily remote from home, and the bedroom that is available to comfortably do so as well.

The room can fit a full bed + desk comfortably (probably a queen as well), has a closet, and gets good sunlight.

Unit is on the first floor (not ground), with an elevator in building and access to a private deck and backyard. Laundry is in building on basement floor, and shared rooftop, shared across 12 units total.

Rent for the room is just under 2500/month, not including Internet and electricity utilities
