I am looking for a roommate to resign my lease with me in my East Village apartment. Private bedroom in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Alphabet City. The room has a closet and a window and is large enough to fit a full bed, a dresser, and a desk. The apartment has a large living area and a full kitchen. The bedroom for rent is down a hallway off of the kitchen, and my bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit off of the living room, so there is considerable privacy. Apartment is a 5-floor walk-up in the East Village. I am a 27yo female looking for a female roommate in their 20s or 30s. The cat in the photos is my roommate’s who is moving out. I do not have any pets but small dogs and cats are welcome :)
