Room in a true 2-Bedroom apartment

Hi,

I have a bedroom for rent in a charming true 2-bedroom East Village apartment. The building is in the heart of Alphabet City with plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops around. Tompkins Square Park, laundromats, grocery stores, wine store, beer garden, bars, shoe repair, delis, gym and other amenities are within a block. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Wegmans are a short walk from the apartment.
J, M, Z, F, 4, 5, 6, L trains are a 10-15 min walk. M15, M14, M9, M8 bus stops are around the block.

The room can come furnished with a twin memory foam mattress on a bed frame. You can keep it or not. There is a big closet and a storage space in the bedroom. The apartment is naturally well-lit and freshly renovated. It's the top floor/6th floor walk-up with both downtown and uptown views. There is an access to the rooftop with a gorgeous city view.

You will be sharing the apartment with a female in Film and TV production. I keep the place very clean, clutter free, cozy, friendly, drama-free and quiet. I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate who is financially stable and never late with rent; drama-free, good communicator, friendly, cleans after herself, quiet and respectful of common areas. No loud parties, no couples.

Rent is 1,950$ a month. Utilities are usually around 70-100$ a month. Renters insurance is 6$ a month. You will be required to pay 1st month rent and a security deposit upon moving-in.
