My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone to take her spot. I have a cat who is very friendly and I am very clean and organized. I’m in law school so im very busy, I’m usually in class or at the library and when im at home im usually studying in my room. I like to go out on occasion but spend most weekends studying. I’m very relaxed and easy to get along with and respectful of shared spaces.

The unit has a dishwasher and lots of natural lighting. it is a great building with an elevator, rooftop with 360 view of NYC, backyard terrace, and laundry and a work out room in the basement.
